ARGH!!!!................... AHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......
ok, done with the 'screaming'. today would be an extra horrible day if dear wasnt there with me. *sob*
today isnt the first time i went for an interview, but guess wad??? i totally FORGOT about my portfolio!!! *kicks myself...*
and the "best" part is, i only remember abt it when i alight at SMU's bus stop. & its not becos i recall on my own, i was only reminded when i saw someone else carrying a TP portfolio!!! i'll never forgive myself man. ... and its so embarassing when i had to tell the receptionist that "my certs are not with me..." i think that was a bad sign that predicted my performance for the interview.
i just wasnt myself, like a fool... i was an audience. and the thing is, i CANT AFFORD to be an audience. cos i'm supposed to speak up to impress the interviewers!!! there goes my entry to SMU.
now now, dun bother to comfort me. i guess u should know my character. i am darn proud, terribly afraid of failures. so wad i do to deceive myself, is to forget abt these failures and avoid wallowing in self-pity at all costs... read this and keep it to urself... dun remind me the next time u see me. otherwise i'll sob right in the middle of Orchard or something...
*to dear: hope u enjoyed the buffet with my family, it sure lifted my spirits today.*

my days start at 11am lately. (if u would still consider it Morning...)
if i was back at work, it'll be the time where we were placing orders for lunch. so today wasn't any exception. i woke up to many missed calls on my HP and the 2 no.s responsible were not from anywhere that i know of.
so i called the the 1st one, and realised i was shortlisted for SMU's interview based on my 6 semesters result. ok, this has given me an immediate splitting headache. i dunno why, just extremely confused as i am standing here, at the biggest +crossroad+ of my life (ever...).
i agreed to go anyway, although not feeling estatic like i initially thought i would.
the next no. was from Raffles Hospital, where i did a medical checkup yesterday. there was alot of muttering and tranferring of department through the phone. so as u can guess, i dun really know wad's going on. up til now, they haven called back so i figured out, they still haven sort out the mess they are in.
yea... i still need window-shopping.... and cheap bargains....

after rain's accident, i tot nothing more scary can happen to a dog and his/her owner. but i cant be any further from the truth...
my friend's schnauzer, Hero (a very lovely boy, i would like to dognap him anytime) picked up a threaded needle on the floor, and apparently, this needle got embedded in his tongue, and i think its just 1mm's difference from coming out of his chin ( they could feel the needle tip beneath his chin)
u couldnt see the needle's end from his tongue but the thread was hanging loosely down his gut already. so u can simply said Hero went through a Thaipusam episode minus the Deepavali holiday. in fact, i think he has been blessed by the God's, since his owner did get to pull out the needle (by the thread) after many failed attempts by others. amazingly, he seem perfectly fine up til today as if nothing interesting has happened at all...
yea, so before getting the cute puppy in the window, remember the thing about "dogs being a huge (i would say extremely HUGE) commitment." u'll never know when they can come up with funny tricks to scare the daylights out of u. (mind u, Hero's owner was crying while driving on the way home, after a phonecall abt the incident)
One thing for sure, dogs need much more commitment than a child... but i still love my RainBou anyway...

just to tell u guys i'm a freelancepart-time staff back at Skylight...
wads a freelance part time staff??? i think i'm the only person in the whole world with this position.
basically, i'm a part time staff who goes back to Skylight every holiday to earn some spare cash. so i'm back at work and my ladyboss told me to come back to work anytime (its up to me, she says). haha. and of course, i'll choose 1pm. to avoid all the @*#$&^* crowd on the NEL. that explains the Freelance term.
there were 2 new attachment students, they were like wondering who the heck i was, barging in to the office as if i've reported for work the past few days. well, after i seem to be talking to everyone, then they realised i'm an "OLD TIMER". when i saw them slogging over piles of paperwork, i remembered my own attachment just a few mths back... how time flies.
hee... now that i'm employed, there's payday to look forward to... YEAH!!! ( $ _$)

i think i've somehow been reduced to a TOTALLY useless person during this period of my life.
i've been telling myself and everyone around me that while waiting entry to the Uni, i'll get myself employed temporarily. but up til now, i'm lazing around at home with my dogs most of the time. (i wonder if they found it weird that i'm at home these days.)
in the end, i concluded that it must be HORRIBLE being housewives. well, dun get confused about housewives and Tai tais.... they are 2 class of people with different lifestyles.
so y do i feel like a housewife and not a Tai tai? 1stly, i'm broke and have no money to spend on shopping (that explains why i need to get myself employed), 2ndly, i've got no maid to help out with the household chores. from my dogs' walks, poo & pee, their food, cleaning up my fishtanks, my room, helping mom... ARGH... I WANT TO STUDY!!!
working life may get unbearable sometimes, but there's always payday to look forward to. right now, i've got nothing to look forward to (except meeting my bf occasionally). so people, get all ur stuff completed soon... some window shopping will do me good... *hintz*

last night was the most traumatising night for Ban, Rain, Bou and me...
rain got into an accident with a bicycle (and there were a couple on it) and we had to send her to A&E @ Mount Pleasant, 1am in the wee hours of morning.
fine... my fault that i left her lurking around bushes. but its hit and run... after hearing poor Rain screaming and yelping in pain, the 2 sped off... without bothering to explain or check Rain's condition.
i'll make sure they'll get wad they deserve if i see them again. if not, meanwhile, i'll curse them until scalp fall off their heads & they come down with weird illnesses.
This is wad they get for being so irresponsible.
*Note: I hate reckless cyclists on walkways, dun let me catch u doing it...*

as i've written in my MSN nick... i no longer doubt that everything is predestined.
back to the clogged pipe theory.... i was the unfortunate clogged pipe filled with all the horrible emotions. I asked for guidance and reassurance, & in just 1 day, 1 stupid letter (that i've been waiting, waiting and waiting...) can make me smile again instantly.
my future is secured at least. it may not be my ideal option, but i am sure grateful for all i have now.
now its tears of relief... i cant be any happier than this.
nonetheless, thanks to my dear (who has been there for me for almost 3yrs now), my greatest pals (Huili, Peishan, Celine, Aud and the rest whom i've failed to mention.)
Most importantly, thank God for making all this possible...
(freak! why does this sound like a speech after the oscars???) *sniff...*

"refurbished" my blog today. got this nice skin from blogskin.
i think it suits the song playing now v much. btw its Maroon 5's - She Will be Loved. too lazy to add in the Jukebox column now. did this thing for so long, i think my brain is drained of its blood supply and my vision is blurred with the HTML codes.
feeling so helpless and depressed now. argh. hope i'll get out of this crappy situation soon. for those whom i've confide in, u'll understand y.
want to cry out and stuff, but somehow, it's choked in me... i'm like a clogged pipe. going to burst sooner or later...
i may look unaffected cos i dun wanna think about it. but for the sake of my family, my priorities will have to be rearranged, and this matter will just have to wait.
God help me... i need guidance or at least some kind of assurance regarding my decision.
wish me luck...

wad is this!??? a darn cable cost $58???
i'm so freakin disappointed in Samsung. shame on you. i spent a few hundred $$ on your handphone. and the cable is not included in the package.
I'm making so much fuss becos YOU used to include cable within the bundle for my previous Samsung handphone.
and now wad? u charge $58 for both models of cable. why produce 2 different kinds of model for all your different phones??
ARGH!!! this cable business is driving me nuts.
