First and foremost, I guess the most important thing is to apologise for my unannounced disappearance from blogging. I can imagine your shock, disappointment and for some, even feelings of disgust to see the same old entry every time you came to visit my blog.
So a BIG, BIG sorry for causing u guys to be absolutely clueless about what has happened to me for the past month.
I also feel that just a simple apology is not deserving of your forgiveness, thus I've decided to show it through making this blog entry the most interesting (& not to mention embarrassing) one. In a way, u can say it's an exchange of my pride for your forgiveness .
*After going through a few weeks in NIE (majoring in English), I feel obliged to start this entry in "good" English. With no doubt, it has got to do with my great responsibility of "Molding the Future". So bear with me for the moment, as I'm pretty certain that this is nothing but a passing phase & all these English crap will go into the drain very soon .
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nothing exciting for the past month, and I feel that none of the things that have happened are worth mentioning here. But maybe u would like to know that dear and I have been looking around for the next dog that can melt our hearts. Yeap, the both of us are very much considering having an addition to our "family" and most probably a male too.
We have decided that for this time, we shall not restrict the dog to be a Chihuahua or a puppy. As such, u can say we are leaving it to fate and giving a chance to some dogs that really need a home .
I should really stop trying to stall time and get going with "real"blog entry.

Elena in infanthood as u can see, I was very much on the heavy side and I looked like an obese hamster trying to crawl.
When I was very young, my mom had this thing about dressing me up as a boy, I had short hair (with a punk-ish long tail) and loads of boy's clothes but no dresses until I was older. Here I am, with dad and mom in the 80's back in my old home in Racecourse Rd.

Then, came the big day when I became a Big sister. Yeap, the birth of my younger sis when I was coming to 4 yrs old.
Seen here in my grandma's house carrying my sis on the sofa. Ok, my mouth looked disgusting cos I was totally stupid in the past. I washed my mouth after meals and I would wipe it dry with the table-cloth (yes! The dirty smelly table cloth) that always happened to be placed near the sink. Needless to say, I got a itchy rash-like skin infection below my lower lip.
ok, now featuring a doe-eyed me and my sis (minus the darn rash...)
I've decided to test my own perfectionist limits by showing u guys how fat I was during the (non-cute) fattest period of my life. (I hope it stays a thing of the past.)

fast forward to "better" times. Actually I can't really remember when these photos were taken, but I concluded it to be around sec 2. It was one of those Sunday family-gathering at my grandma's place, an outdoor bbq. Never had times like that again since my grandma passed away 3 years ago.
try spotting my sis, cousins (mentioned above) and me. Oh ya, and there's my late maternal grandma, miss her so much...
Me! Argh, how I wish I can get back to be that size again! Sob... slim, young and happy days...
Kekeke... hope all those photos above managed to tickle your funny bone or at the very least, managed to let your jaws drop once .
