finally i'm back to the routine of slacking and now, waiting for $$$ to "gush" into my bank a/c. *kekekeke*. slogged my insides out literally at the Food Expo, serving the never-ending crowd.

the Food Fair starts at 11am, but at 9+, u can see old folks loitering around outside, and by 10+, they have established their own queues... wtf? there's no freebies or wad for this expo. only teenie-weenie portions of sample food. my goodness... on weekdays, there are also loads of people coming at office hours, like whoOah!!! i can conclude a huge portion of S'poreans r jobless and enjoying it.

this isnt the 1st time i've worked at Expo food fair, the 6th or so to be exact (i've lost count) but i never failed to be amazed by old folks and those KIASU S'poreans.

for example, i was happily doing "my own business" in the cubicle, aunties can be quarrelling outside over their different queuing system. oh please, give me some peace...

den my colleagues told me, there was once during a food fair (which i did not attend) 2 women fought over a table and ended up overturning the table, and slam each another with foldable chairs... ("-_-) wad is this? a live performance of women's WrestleMania?

kids as young as 2 yrs old go missing in the crowd... not that i am being paranoid, but hey, ur kiddo is 2 and u r not carrying or holding his/her hands in such a crowded place?? busy sampling food i suppose? wad kind of parents is this? one 3yr old girl went missing for almost 1/2hr before she was found. i bet she must be bawling her eyes out throughout.

oh well, that concludes my experience at the Food Expo, thanks to wanqiu for visiting me, and dear making the effort to come and fetch me after work.
otherwise, it'll be nothing but bad experiences once again...
